Your Dive
Your Cenote Chac Mool diving experience takes place over a full morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Departure is at 8:00 a.m. from our dive center in Playa del Carmen, followed by a short drive to the cenote.
- Enjoy 2 dives on 2 different cave lines
Important: Please do not fly within 18 hours after diving. Please note: Personal cameras are not permitted inside Cenote Chac Mool. However, professional photographers are available on-site to capture high-quality photos and videos of your experience.

Is equipment rental included?
For any Triton Diving experience, equipment rental is included with the package. If you wish, it is possible to use your own equipment!
Should I book transportation?
Triton Diving takes care of everything, including transportation. Your guide collects you from central Playa Del Carmen and brings you back at the end of the session.
What is the maximum group size?
In order to offer a human experience, the size of the groups is limited according to the formula. For example, the group is maximum of 4 people per guide to go to Cenotes. It is of course possible to have several guides if you are a group of more than 4 people!
What should I bring with me for a cenote dive?
For a cenote dive with Triton Diving, we recommend bringing a comfortable swimsuit, a towel, water shoes or sandals, a change of clothes, and any personal snorkeling or diving equipment you prefer to use, such as masks or fins. Although Triton Diving provides all necessary diving equipment, having your own mask and fins can increase your personal comfort during the dive.
I have never dived, can I participate?
Triton Diving offers first dives to introduce beginners to the practice of scuba diving.
Then, it is possible to become OpenWater certified in order to gain autonomy and discover new places.
I have health problems, can I dive?
Depending on your situation, scuba diving will be possible. For this, it is necessary to contact us beforehand in order to accompany you in this process.
